From the first call that I made to set up my appointment and through the scheduling process for the procedure Dr. Kim's office staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful.

When I went in for the consult with Dr. Kim, she was friendly while still being professional and put my mind at ease. She made sure I understood my options.

On the day of surgery, Dr. Kim was prompt and efficient. My surgery was on a Wednesday and on Friday Dr. Kim called me personally to check on me. I would recommend Dr. Kim for any plastic surgery needs.
